Thendara includes 1 round yard and 2 square yards, solidly fenced and well-shaded. One square yard has shelter, and is ideal for a stallion. The round yard (shown here) is solidly lined with rubber. The yards are adjacent to the storage shed and roadway for easy loading and unloading.
Thendara covers 3.345 hectares of fully-fenced land. It has a deep, permanent creek frontage. Two dams provide additional permanent water.
Thendara is 100% usable, flood-free land. The land is level, with a slight rise.
Water is pumped to all facilities from the permanent creek or one of two dams.
Thendara includes a garage used as a storage shed. This is adjacent to the round yard and square yards and they lead directly to the arena. Trucks can park beside the garage for unloading feed and supplies. From the road, there is easy access for horses to yards and the arena.
